Missing black and white Chihuahua mix Named Rupert #stolen #California

Description

On the morning of June 23 our black and white Chihuahua mix Rupert went missing from our back yard in Reedley, CA which is near Fresno. We now believe he was stolen. I am afraid someone is out there trying to sell him. He’s only around 13 lbs., he’s 9 years old, he’s sweet but scared, and the black spots on his body make me think of the color of a cow. He is missing some teeth, and tends to get skin allergies if outside too much and gunk at the corner of his eyes. He has a tag with his name and my number on it on a purple collar unless they removed it.
