Friends found a small all yellow (dark eyed clear) parakeet in late May – early June 2015 in Illinois. I have been fostering the bird. The parakeet is very small, sweet and loves to bathe. The picture you posted looks like the bird I have. It is obvious that whoever lost the little yellow parakeet I have, put a great deal of love and care into it and I am just trying to help get it back to the people who love and miss it.
