Missing is Toby, a white toy poodle. He is an unsterilized male just under a year old. He is a very small and skinny dog.
He is scared of most people, due to abuse from previous owners. He may come if given food, but most likely will shy away from anyone he is not familiar with.
Toby has short hair, with both baby and adult canine teeth. He wears a purple collar, with reflective lines on it.
