KATO HAS BEEN FOUND!!
11 months ago, our pet Eclectus parrot called Kato escaped from his cage from our home in the Redlands. We shared on all social media from this site, conducted months and months of letter box drops, advertising in the local paper and followed up on every lead we got.
Today we are beside ourselves because our little boy is now safe and sound at home with the rest of his flock. Never once did we give up hope, but not knowing where he was or who had him has made the past 11 months a difficult time for us.
Kato was microchipped and it was his microchip which undeniably proved ownership. Tonight we are going to enjoy a few glasses of bubbly while Kato munches on his favourites of passionfruit, pomegranite and soaking seed – as much as his little heart desires.
Thank you to all of you who contacted me to advise of possible leads. There are lots of wonderful people out there in our community.
MICROCHIP YOUR PETS!!!

Hi Sharon,
It was great speaking with you a couple of weeks ago. Any news on your baby Zahli?
I hope the bird we discussed has settled in with the family he went to.
Best wishes,
Annette
