Yay!  Bear was spotted by someone who’d heard about him & put food out… He took the bait!!  Now he’s home and cuddled up with his mom. 🙂

My cat escaped on the evening of February 18 from my apartment on Sahara and Nellis.  He’s about 8 years old and is a large cat.  He doesn’t get on well with cats or dogs but has been friendly to people (though he is more timid ever since we had a break-in).

Known as ‘Bear’, he can be a bit talkative.  He’s not cuddly but loves being scratched around the face and is not shy about getting your attention if he wants it.

He is not wearing a collar but he is tagged and his tag has been flagged as missing so if he turns up at a vet or animal shelter, they will be able to notify me.  If you see him and feel safe approaching him, bear in mind that he does still have his claws.  He’s never used them on me, but there’s no telling what he’d do if he feels scared.

His tag reads Pompeii but I’ve been calling him Bear.

I’m very worried about him, he’s never been out this long by himself before.  Even if someone’s found him and have re-homed him, please let me know.  That’s ok!  I just want to know he’s safe!
