Cockatiel has flown the Coop!

Description

Miki is a one year old whiteface pearl pied cockatiel. He is wearing an orange leg band. I can verify the number if you find him.

He is a companion bird who flies free in my home…on this occasion he squeezed out a window that I had left ajar because of the heatwave and my broken air conditioning. 🙁

He whistles: Happy Birthday, Adam’s Family theme, Pop Goes the Weasel, wolf whistle, curlew call.

He says: Hello Miki, Where’s Miki, Playing Peek-a-boo, Do you want a drink (and he’ll drink out of my water bottle), Putting make-up on (when he sees a mirror), Clever Boy… and anything else that he hears a lot.

My home is very lonely without him and he would struggle to survive without someone to share meals with him.
