Beautiful Shya is a healthy and affectionate 5 year old, spayed tuxedo cat. With her gorgeous golden eyes and sleek shiny coat, Shya is a loving, sweet cat who purrs a lot and sleeps on the bed.
Shya has a lot of love to give. She has not had a good start to life as she was abused, and we are looking for a loving home for her. Could you save her life?
Shya was taken in by a disabled woman with 2 cats, in January, but is not getting along with the other cats who have been there some time.
We URGENTLY need a new home for Shya, as her owner will have to return her to an overcrowded kill shelter, where she will be killed.
Shya would make a perfect companion for someone seeking a loving, sweet cat. She needs a calm home and will more than return the love she is given.
Located in Ottawa, Canada, we will make arrangements to drive her a reasonable distance.

My daughter had a beauty that could have been Shya’s twin. Unfortunately Nellie passed from feline leukemia that the rescue center didn’t know she had at the time of adoption, it was very sad when we found out, we love her so much. My daughter and her family (husband and 4yr old daughter) are ready to adopt again and are looking for another tuxedo female. Pls let me know if you have one. She lives in Winnipeg, Canada.
