Rescuing and Re-homing Abandoned Dogs, Cats and Horses

Where Pets Are Found have recently teamed up with DCH Animal Adoptions, a non-profit volunteer run charity who rescue and re-home abandoned Dogs, Cats and Horses. DCH work primarily with saving animals who are on “death-row” in council pounds and shelters throughout NSW. A worthy cause you have to agree!

FOSTER ANIMAL CARERS

DCH has been in operation over 5 years and works as a system of volunteer foster carers who house the rescue animals in their own homes. This not only allows the animal to enjoy the comforts of a family situation before they are adopted, but it allows DCH to accurately assess their temperaments in a real world, home situation. So DCH are well placed to match up the most suitable animal with your situation.

VET CHECKED, VACCINATED, MICRO-CHIPPED

All DCH animals are fully vet checked, they come de-sexed, vaccinated, and micro chipped and wormed and their horses have their teeth and feet done and come vaccinated.

DOGS, PUPPIES, KITTENS, CATS AND HORSES LOOKING FOR A NEW PERMANENT HOME

DCH has foster carers right throughout Greater Sydney, Wollongong and the Central Coast. They always have a wide range of dogs, puppies, kittens, cats and horses looking for permanent new homes and are also always in need of volunteers to help with fostering animals or with their ongoing fundraising efforts.
