Description

Sweet little Charlie passed over the Rainbow Bridge on 27 May 2016.
She slipped away while sleeping peacefully beside Jenny who had cared for her in her last few weeks. Many thanks to Jenny and her neighbour who tried to find Charlie’s family, and made sure she had the best care possible in her twilight. We are very grateful for the love & care shared.

* A special friend is a wonderful gift to have, and a difficult thing to lose. *

Run free sweet Charlie.

The owner has been found and had knowingly abandoned this cat, saying she was too old. So sad. We will take care of her for now. Thank you for all your attempts to help.

My neighbours and I have been looking after this little cat for a couple of weeks now, although she’s been seen around here for a couple of months. She’s skin and bone with a few sores, so has clearly been living rough for ages.  We’ve found bird carcasses around, so she’s been feeding herself in the wild.

She’s not micro-chipped.  She’s incredibly friendly and loves cuddles.  No idea how old she is.

Has anyone lost her?  Please let me know as I need her to find her home. If you would like to help her, please email me via the Contact Form on this page.

Please SHARE this page to your social media accounts to help us reunite her with her family.  Thank you.

To the man who abandoned Charlie because she was too old, may you rot in a dark and lonely place. To the ladies who kindly took care and helped her have a wonderful last few weeks, may the gods bless you and may you be blessed for taking her in without a second thought.
